1. Phụ kiện bảo hộ tối thiểu:
Phụ kiện bảo hộ rất quan trọng, tuy nhiên ở Việt Nam ta vẫn thường xem nhẹ các phụ kiện này.
– Đeo Kính
Khi vận hành máy bạn nên đeo kính để bảo vệ mắt vì bụi và mảng vật liệu cắt thường xuyên văng ra xa, biết đâu nó sẽ văng trúng mắt bạn.
– Đeo khẩu trang
khi bạn cắt hay mài, các hạt vật liệu li ti như gang hay sắt thép siêu nhỏ bay trong không khí mà mắt thường khó nhìn thấy.
về lâu ngày tiếp xúc sẽ tích tụ trong người bạn. vì vậy hãy luôn đeo khẩu trang khi vận hành máy mài góc nhé.
– Đeo bao tay và mặc quần áo dài tay
Đeo bao tay sẽ giúp tránh bị điện giật khi rò rỉ điện. Mặc quần áo dài sẽ giúp bạn tránh bị phỏng không mong muốn khi vô tình chạm tay vào chỗ vừa cắt, hay các mạt sắt còn nóng đỏ bay vào tay hay chân bạn. Tuy nhiên đừng mặc quần áo rộng thùng thình vì có thể bị kẹt vào lưỡi cắt.
2. Rút nguồn điện khi thay đĩa cắt, mài:
Rất nhiền thợ chuyên nghiệp để nguyên nguồn điện để thay lưỡi cắt, mài nhằm tiết kiệm thời gian. Tuy nhiên theo thống kê có rất nhiều tai nạn liên quan đến vấn đề không rút nguồn điện vì trong quá trình giữ máy để siết hoặc mở lưỡi cắt vô tình đụng phải công tắc nguồn máy, hay máy bị chạm bất ngờ. Hậu quả rất nặng nề vì vậy Tuyệt đối không thay lưỡi cắt, mài khi chưa rút nguồn điện.
3. Hiểu rõ thông số máy, và thông số đá:
Mỗi máy mài góc khi bán cho người sử dụng đều có miếng chắn cho đĩa cắt mài. Công dụng của miếng chắn giúp bảo vệ khi có sự cố văng bể đá mà còn đảm bảo bạn không gắn lưỡi cắt, mài lớn hơn quy định.
- Mỗi loại máy đều có vòng tua nhất định theo tính toán của nhà sản xuất. vòng tua càng lớn thì lưỡi càng nhỏ.
- Mỗi loại đá đều có tiêu chuẩn an toàn nhất định thường là mets/ giây (ví dụ 80m/s) và vòng tua tối đa Max Rpm không sử dụng đá có Max Rpm nhỏ hơn thông số máy mài góc
4. Tư thế cầm máy, ngồi cắt sao cho an toàn :
Tư thế cầm máy cắt rất quan trọng, vì nó quyết định tới an toàn của chính bạn.
Tư thế ngồi cắt sao cho an toàn ?
Tư thế ngồi cắt quyết định phần lớn an toàn cho bạn khi có sự cố. Thường bạn sẽ ngồi vuông góc 90o với vật cần cắt, mài. Khi có sự cố bể đá nó thường văng theo lực li tâm ra xa vì vậy khi cắt cầm máy chếch về 1 bên và nghiêng đầu qua bên còn lại. nhắm sao để khi có bất kì sự cố bể đá nào nó không văng vào người hay mặt mình.
4. Thường xuyên lau chùi kiểm tra máy
Việc này sẽ giúp bạn sớm phát hiện và tránh những sự cố như rò rỉ điện do dây dẫn bong tróc, hay bị nghiến.
Lưỡi cắt làm việc với tốc độ nhanh và mạnh do đó nó sẽ làm văng các mạt sắt lên tấm chắn lưỡi cắt. Bạn sẽ tắt máy rồi kiểm tra nếu nhiều mặt sắt bám lại trên tấm chắn thì dùng búa để gõ vào tấm chắn .Điều này giúp cho các xỉ sắt bám rơi ra và không bị rối vào lưỡi cắt sẽ giúp máy hoạt động tốt và dễ dàng hơn.
5. Sử dụng đá cắt, đá mài tốt.
